852 = Location (library and location codes, call number, private and public holdings notes)
Indicator 1: 8 = Other scheme (i.e. not LC, Dewey, accession number, etc.)
Indicator 2: 0 = no enumeration (single disc); 1 = primary enumeration (multiple discs, with enumeration)
$b = library code
$c = location code ($b mushsr)
$t = copy number (1, 2, etc.)
$h = call number (Label name and issue number)
$z = public holdings note (box number)

866 = holdings summary
   Indicator 1: 4 = detailed extent of holdings information
    Indicator 2: 1 = normal abbreviations for holdings statements (NISO Z39.71 standard)

Create 2 holdings records for the bib record. Add the copy number to the end of each call number. Indicate copy number in $t:
